Cocoms is a UK hospitality compliance specialist combining Environmental Health expertise, cloud software and CPD accredited training to help operators manage risk.
Our story
Built from the inspector's side of the counter.
Cocoms grew out of Environmental Health practice. We saw the same failures repeat across kitchens: good operators with genuine standards who simply could not prove what they had done.
So we built the digital management systems and e-learning we wanted to see: cloud based, hospitality specific, and designed so a busy kitchen can complete its checks in the time it takes to make a coffee. Today our courses are CPD accredited, EHO designed and accepted by local authorities throughout the UK, and our compliance systems are used by restaurants, hotels, pubs, care homes and schools.
